Sara's Overnight Oats using 1stPhorm Protein Powder
1 cup oats
1 Tablespoon flaxseed
2 teaspoon chia seeds
2 scoops protein powder (vanilla)

Mix and add milk of your choice (amount varies depending on preference - I like to use enough to fully cover the oat mixture plus a little more). Mix to incorporate well, then cover and keep in refrigerator overnight to be ready to eat the next day.
Add optional fruit, nuts, honey, spices etc. of your choice.
*BIG BATCH: x4 or 5 of all ingredients and keep in an airtight container. (I like to use an extra large mason jar with a vacuum tool to seal). When you want to prep a serving, just shake to mix again and pour as much as you want!
